This skillet s’mores dip recipe makes for the easiest and quickest post-pizza dessert. It’s a one-pan dish that can be eaten straight out of the skillet for minimal cleanup, and it’s absolutely oh-so-satisfying!

  • Total Time: 8 mins
  • Yield: Serves 8

Ingredients

Units Scale

1 cup of chocolate chunks or chips of choice

2 cups marshmallows

2 sleeves of graham crackers

Instructions

1. Preheat your Ooni oven and skillet to a low heat.

2. Once the skillet is warm, remove it from your Ooni and spread chocolate chips or chunks evenly on the pan. Top with marshmallows and return to the pizza oven.

3. Bake in your Ooni for 2-3 minutes until the marshmallows start to brown.

4. Carefully remove from the oven and serve with graham crackers to dip.

Notes

This Ooni skillet s’mores dip recipe can be made in any Ooni pizza oven. We’ve done it in the Ooni Fyra, Ooni Karu, Ooni Koda, and Ooni Volt (my kids love this s’mores dip!).

You can also use any type of chocolate, dark or light, in large chunks or small chips. Preheating the skillet while the oven warms will help the chocolate melt fully before the marshmallows have browned.

Both mini, regular, and large marshmallows work too. Just use whichever you prefer or that you’ve got in your cupboard.
